Our Navigator Blend’s bright acidity and sweetness can be traced to varietals sourced from smallholder producers in Minas Gerais, Brazil. High altitudes and large shaded areas encourage the coffee fruit to develop a thicker membrane, which slows maturation and allows more mucilage to remain on the coffee during the drying process, resulting in a vibrant acidity and a refined, honey-like sweetness.
