The Pillimue Family is a crucial contributor to their community and are the logistical operators for Pergamino Coffee Exporters’ in the Inzá, Cauca area. They have assisted 80 local producers in successfully receiving their organic certifications. These producers became leaders in their community, leading workshops and helping educate on sustainability practices.

Surrounded by volcanoes, this coffee is grown in an area with a climate and altitude ideal for specialty coffee. Many producers in this area have grown their coffee with little to no chemicals for generations.
